For Buyers

Orphira Wellness is a unique e-commerce platform connecting buyers with sellers offering wellness and health-related products. Our platform ensures a seamless shopping experience for buyers while providing sellers with the tools to showcase and sell their products.

Creating an account is simple

  • Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page.
  • Enter your details, including name, email, and password.
  • Verify your email, and you’re all set to start shopping!

To place an order

  • Browse or search for the product you want.
  • Click on the product, select quantity, and “Add to Cart.”
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your payment and shipping details, and confirm your order.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Digital Wallets
  • Pay on Delivery (available for select locations)

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account, go to “Order History,” and view the status and tracking details of your purchase.

Our return and refund policy may vary based on the seller’s terms. However, in general

  • You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product has been returned and inspected.

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. To cancel

  • Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Once canceled, any payments made will be refunded.

For Sellers

Becoming a seller is easy

  • Click on “Sell with Us” at the top of the page.
  • Complete the registration form, including business details and product categories.
  • Once approved, you’ll be able to set up your seller profile and start listing products.

Sellers are charged a small commission on each sale. There may also be additional fees for premium services like featured product listings. You can view the complete fee structure in your seller dashboard.

After registering as a seller

  • Log in to your seller account.
  • Navigate to “Add New Product,” fill in product details (description, price, images, etc.), and submit.
  • Your product will be live on the platform after it’s reviewed and approved.

You can either use your own shipping methods or opt for Orphira Wellness’s integrated shipping services. If you choose our shipping service, you’ll receive a shipping label once an order is confirmed, and our partner couriers will handle delivery.

Once the buyer confirms receipt of the product, the payment (minus commission) will be transferred to your designated bank account. Payouts are processed weekly or based on the payment schedule you’ve chosen.

Yes, you can edit or remove any of your product listings at any time through your seller dashboard. Simply go to “Manage Listings” and choose the product you wish to modify or delete.

General Questions

Yes, Orphira Wellness uses secure encryption and SSL protocols to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure. We prioritize your privacy and take strong measures to protect your personal and financial information.

Yes, Orphira Wellness provides a messaging system that allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly through the platform. However, all communications must comply with our terms of use, and sharing personal contact information is not allowed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can initiate a return or replacement request by logging into your account, going to “My Orders,” and selecting the relevant order. You’ll also be required to provide photos of the product to expedite the process.

If you encounter any issues with a transaction, you can raise a dispute by contacting our support team via the “Help Center” or through your account’s “Dispute Resolution” option. We will work with both parties to resolve the issue promptly.
